Facebook App Data Deletion

If you have used Facebook Login to access Spice Island Indonesia services or if our app has accessed your Facebook data, you can request deletion of this data using the methods below.

What Data We May Have Accessed

Basic Facebook profile information (name, email)
Facebook page data (if you're a business partner)
Social media analytics data (for business accounts only)
No personal posts, photos, or private messages are ever accessed

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Direct Facebook Settings (Recommended)

Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
Click "Apps and Websites" in the left menu
Find "Spice Island Indonesia" in your app list
Click "Remove" to revoke access and delete associated data

Option 2: Contact Us Directly

Send a data deletion request to our team:

Email: privacy@spiceislandindonesia.com
Subject: "Data Deletion Request - Facebook App"
Include: Your Facebook email address or user ID

We will process your request within 30 days and send you confirmation when complete.

Website Account Data

If you have a Spice Island Indonesia website account separate from Facebook login:

Log in to your account and visit your account settings
Use the "Delete Account" option in your profile settings
Or contact us at privacy@spiceislandindonesia.com for assistance

Data Retention Policy

Facebook Login Data: Deleted immediately upon request
Analytics Data: Anonymized within 30 days
Order History: Retained for 7 years for tax/legal compliance
Marketing Data: Deleted within 30 days of request
